1: USE OF THE SITE
Havilla Shoes’ website may be used by persons wishing to browse the contents and products in order to make purchases. Persons may not use Havilla Shoes’ website for any fraudulent or speculative transactions. Persons may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the content or images available on the website.

2: CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
Mpilo Moringa strictly adheres to the legal requirements as laid out in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, and shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of our Customers. 

3: AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE
An agreement of purchase between Havilla Shoes and the Customer is valid only once payment has been made and confirmation of payment has been received by Havilla Shoes. Until confirmation has been received, all goods remain the property of Havilla Shoes. Subject to stock availability and receipt of confirmation of payment, orders will be processed within one working day of receiving the order.

4: DELIVERY POLICY 
Havilla Shoes products are delivered within South Africa from Monday to Friday during office hours and can be delivered to either a residential or employment address. All orders are dispatched via a courier service within 3 – 5 working days, unless the Customer is otherwise advised. A delay in delivery of ordered goods is not grounds for a refund or return. 

Deliveries to countries outside South Africa can be arranged, please contact Havilla Shoes at management@havillashoes.com for further assistance. These deliveries can only be delivered to a physical address and the purchaser will be liable for all delivery, tax and duty costs. This amount is due before delivery can take place. It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange for and ensure the correct person receives the order. 

Once delivery has taken place, the Customer accepts that in order for us to prove delivery, we do not have to prove that the Customer personally received the ordered goods. Rather, that a person at the delivery address signed for the delivery will suffice as proof of delivery on our side. 

5: RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The provision of goods by Mpilo Moringa is subject to availability. In cases where products are not available, Havilla Shoes will contact you to discuss alternatives. If a product is broken or damaged during transit upon delivery, you must inform Havilla Shoes within one working day of receiving it. Havilla Shoes will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you, or to refund you for the damaged or broken product only if a replacement or alternative product is not available. Havilla Shoes only trade in brand new products. Products supplied and received by the Customer in good order and subsequently used/worn by the Customer are not subject to a return or refund.

6: PAYMENTS 
6.1. Payment Options Payments can be made via PayFast, using Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
6.2. Credit Card Security Credit card transactions will be processed via Payfast who use the strictest forms of encryption.
6.3. Customer Details Customer details are stored by 
Havilla Shoes separately from credit card details that are entered by the Customer on PayFast.

7: RESPONSIBILITY
All aspects relating to the sale of goods and services on the Havilla Shoes website, Customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of ordered goods are the responsibility of Havilla Shoes.v
